Roles & Responsibilities:· Go-getter and smart worker to achieve sales goals with a must-win attitude.
· Identify New Markets/ Customers and channelise requirement to various dealers.
· Coordinate with various functions like R&D/Process Development/Production/Quality and Operation at the customer end.
· Liaison with internal departments for billing and other works related to back office.
· Mapping and targeting the potential clients of the market, plan and develop the go-to-market strategy.
· Preparation & presentation of Rolling Forecast & Monthly Sales Reports
· Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
· Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.
· Ensure all policies, procedures, codes, are followed as given by the company.
· Gain & Maintain high standards of product and company knowledge through self-learning and various training programs to deliver the best possible level of service and expertise (consultative selling) that exceeds customer expectations and builds effective relationships.
· Such other duties as may be assigned to you by the Company
Experience & Expertise: 0-3 Plus years’ Experience. In sales/Marketing & support or any other field.
Qualification:Any Graduate Degree with 50% marks. Preference will be given to Science Graduates & Any Technical 3 years Diploma Holders Preferred.
Languages Required:Hindi & English language. Good level of Corporate/ business communication.
Other Requirements:Must have Own 2-Wheeler with a valid Driving License & Helmet.
