Job Summary

We are hiring for Technical Sales Executive (International Inbound Voice Process)
Salary: INR 1,80,000 – 2,60,000 P.A. + Fabulous Incentives for freshers
For Experienced:- 35k+Fabulous Incentives for freshers

Responsibility: -

Knowledge on Internet troubleshootingNeed to Handle Inbound US Technical Sales/ support Calls.
Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router ,Email Antivirus, pop up calls, ppc calls.
Candidate must know how to trouble shoot Windows and MAC problems Candidate must be efficient in taking remote accessProviding Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.

Experience and criteria: -

Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales)Should be Comfortable with Night Shift
Must know to close calls and take payment.Fluent in English.
Fresher with excellent communication are most preferable.
