As Technical Sales Representative of a region of VCPL under the payroll of Industrial Distributor, the
incumbent:
Is responsible for carrying out site surveys at different sites of customers in the territory.
Will be closely interacting with VCPL distributor and Area Manager for order and timely payment
collection from secondary customers.
Assist VCPL AM in conducting safety surveys/camps and technical seminars for site/plant
Create awareness on best maintenance practices and storage and handling practices in all
customer sites.
Identify competitor product application and replace them with VCPL product equivalent.
Takes overall responsibility for product trial and oil sampling and other services at customer
site/plant. Ensures adherence to product trials and oil sampling policies.
Ensure 24 Hrs per week customer facing time and visit all the customers twice in a month
Generate 30 lead every month ensure conversion to sales within 60 days(at least 50 %
customers)
