Job Description- Inbound Technical Support. (Sales & Technician)
International Call Center - US, Canada
You need to interface with customers via Inbound & Outbound calls or remotely.
Resolving routine problems with products like Wireless Routers, Printers, Smarthome Devices, Gps or services like internet, DTH or Computers.
Responsibilities and Duties-
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.-Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.-Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services and Technology vertical.-Troubleshooting Customers issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handsets, etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications-
The candidate should be graduate in any field from recognized institution/ university or undergraduate with 1 year of experience in International Call center.-B. Tech Fresher with 6 Months of experience in International Call Center can also apply.-Candidate should have good conversation skills in English.
