Job Description

(General description of job, issues affecting job functions)

We are looking for a talented Technology Sales Representativewill build and execute an account strategy in the region that focuses on lead generation, educating and promoting our services and solutions to prospects, scheduling meetings, revenue growth and profitability. Activities include data base creation, lead generation, scheduling appointments, presenting, and aligning our IT services and solutions to prospect’s needs, identifying opportunities, leading to capture, and close.  Good knowledge on technology markets, trends services, solutions in the software and managed IT domain with and problem-solving skills are required for this position.Meet/exceed assigned ISR metrics and KPIs.

 

 

Role

(Specific tasks and the role that the person will undertake)

-         You will use your sales, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership skills to prospect, and conduct lead generation activities to identify Leads/Opportunities

-         If you can excel at the front end of the sales cycle (prospecting, Opportunity identification, Lead progression) and you know how to build beneficial, positive relationships with prospects

-         Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation. Initiate and follow up with leads and provide activity updates in the CRM system. Qualify leads and schedule meetings

-         Display a real passion for managing accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and ability to communicate solution values of products and services

-         Hunter attitude and focus. New business, prospecting mentality. Have developed new business and managed full sales cycles

-         Broad understanding of mainstream technologies and IT project life cycles

-         Ability to articulate client project requirements to Analytix US and delivery personnel

 

 

Experience

(Relevant must have experience)

-         5+ years of successfully selling technology services and solutions

-         Experience managing multiple pursuits concurrently

-         Previously worked in fast growing technology sales company.

-         Strong technical aptitude, strong computer skills – CRM system, Word, Excel

-         Consultative sales experience. Proven success in a consultative sales environment. Consultative sales/solution selling training.  

-         Customer centric mentality.

-         Proven track record of selling IT services in small, medium and large enterprise accounts

-         This is a job that requires extensive phone skills and sales experience

-         Proven ability to uncover client software and infrastructure related needs, determine appropriate solutions, customize and sell services and solutions

-         Demonstrated experience obtaining an audience with, presenting to, and selling to the decision makers and C suite

-         Demonstrated ability and initiative to achieve or exceed assigned lead generation, schedule meetings, and revenue objectives

-         Ability to track and report progress for multiple, concurrent engagements

-         Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, at operational and executive levels

-         Excellent soft skills, including critical thinking and issue resolution

-         Committed to self-development and knowledge build

-         Comfortable to work in a process-driven way with clear SLAs and KPI alignment

-         Must be able to manage and thrive in a virtual, global, and fast paced environment

-         Good working knowledge of technology understanding and ability to quickly learn and absorb technical details that relates to product, applications and its usage
