Hello,
We are looking for Technical Sales and Support Executives who can sell our software product Optical CRM to retail customers.

We are an established software company located in Electronic City, Bangalore with more than 12 years of experience in IT business. We are searching for positive and energetic candidates who can add value to our existing teams in Bangalore and Mumbai locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Contact new customers, by cold calls and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by our software product.

• Arrange and organize sales meetings and software demo as and when required.

• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.

• Assist customers in using and configuring Optical CRM software based on customers' needs and specifications.

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.

• Managing customer information and develop long-term business relationships with customers

• Lead generation and Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients.

• Manage Daily customer engagement over the phone

• Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Follow-ups

• Working closely with the Development Team Members

• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

• Follow-ups for renewals and purchase of additional services.

Requires Skills:

• Any Graduate with excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills & good aptitude & attitude

• Good exposure to telesales, retail software, e-mail and usage of internet is mandatory.

• Minimum 1-year exp in Tele Sales or Technical Support.

• Excellent IT understanding

• Good convincing skills

• Zeal to achieve and exceed given targets

• Excellent client relationship management experience

• Good Command over Hindi, English is MUST. If a candidate knows any other the language it will be added advantage.

• Exposure to common computer software; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word

Job location:

• Bangalore

• Mumbai

Work Timings:

• 9 am to 7:30 pm

• Monday to Saturday
