That is why we are seeking a highly skilled tele sales executive. By bridging the gap between the customers and the company, the work of a tele sales executive involves having telephonic conversations with the customers, while hitting the sales targets of the company. Going the extra mile for the customer is a vital part of the role of the tele sales executive. With an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, the ideal tele sales executive works towards building a strong relationship with customers, by making telephonic sales.

Objectives of this role:

The Tele sales Executive is expected to Enroll Students / Trades for our Stock & Forex Market Trading mentorship.

Meet Daily/Monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele sales executive Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit

Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the tele sales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving

Comply with the rules and regulations of the company by providing customer support as a telemarketing executive.

Responsibilities:

Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations

Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries

Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the tele sales executive job role

Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive

Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Required skills and qualifications:

Prior experience working as a tele sales executive or in a similar role for at least 2 Years Fluency in English, Hindi

Adept knowledge of working with MS Office Great communication skills

Proven record of meeting sales targets

Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
