Designation :- Customer Support Executive (Voice process)
Roles and Responsibilities :- You would be engaged in :
- International BPO / Outbound / Inbound (Voice Process).
- Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & Existing Customers (Internal & External).
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong Customer Service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
- Graduates Freshers with excellent communication skills.
- Experience :- 0-3 years
- Undergraduates with minimum 6 months experience and Immediate joiners.
- Freshers are most welcomed.
- Note:- Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in any BPO (Domestic/International) Basic computer knowledge
- One time meal available with both Side cab/ Travelling allowance available.5 days working (Saturday / Sunday Fixed off)
