As a Telecaller - Loan Specialist, your primary focus will be on outbound calls to potential borrowers, guiding them through the loan application process, and providing information about our loan products. Your goal is to assist customers in understanding the available loan options and facilitate the application process.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to individuals interested in loans and discuss their financial needs.

Explain various loan products, interest rates, and terms to potential borrowers.

Collect and verify necessary information for loan applications.

Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately.

Follow up with applicants to gather additional documentation if required.

Provide clear and detailed information about loan approval processes and timelines.

Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth and timely application processing.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller with a focus on loans or financial services.

In-depth knowledge of various types of loans (personal, home, auto, etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with loan application processes and documentation.

Ability to explain complex financial terms in a simple and understandable manner.

Goal-oriented, persistent, and capable of meeting sales targets.
