About the internship

As a Telecalling intern at Sunask Finance Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your proficiency in spoken Malayalam and Tamil while assisting our team with daily telecalling responsibilities. Your role will involve communicating with customers doing their KYC and then follow up for monthly dues. Your fluency in both languages will be crucial in building rapport and trust with our diverse client base. Additionally, your proficiency in MS-Excel will come in handy when updating and maintaining customer databases.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers in Malayalam and Tamil.
2. KYC of customer over call to be verified.
3. Updating and maintaining customer databases using MS-Excel.
4. Following up with customers to ensure prompt due payment.
