Appointment Setting:

• Ensure accurate and detailed recording of appointments for further follow-up.

Follow-up and Relationship Building:

• Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Provide additional information and address queries to enhance customer understanding.

Sales Targets:

• Work towards achieving weekly or monthly sales targets as outlined by the sales manager.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to overall sales goals.

Adherence to Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
• Maintain ethical standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
