Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations.
• Present product or service offerings to customers and highlight key features and benefits.
• Listen to customer needs and address any questions or concerns effectively.
• Close sales and achieve weekly or monthly targets for revenue and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telesales or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Experience working in a BPO or telesales environment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
