Position summary:
Experience in Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web. Excellent communication and convincing skills with aggressive selling approach. Confident of converting leads to admissions.

Functions and responsibilities:
· Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by company
· Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters and messages
· Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
· Creating a Sales pipeline while working on the leads provided as well as through own initiative (Cold calling; follow-ups, Emails, Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources)
· Rigorous follow-up with clients. Keeping track on clients and sending reminders.
· Closing sales. Conversion of leads received through various channels
· Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
· Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
· New Customer Acquisition. New account development. Key Account Management.
· Presenting company offerings with potential clients
· Improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
· Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
· Creating and maintaining list/database in CRM, Excel, etc.
· Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
· Consistently achieve targets in line with team/organizational objectives
· Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
· Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting
· Maintaining call reports, enrolment/conversion report and sharing daily activity report with reporting personal
Experience:
1-3 yrs .
