Responsibilities:
· Manage and process and correspondence with customers.
· Answer questions about the service of KSRTC.
· Assist customers with all knowledge on services and perform required action.
· Ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times.
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Required:
· Good Communication Skills
· Kannada and Hindi mandatory and English at least manageable.
· Fresher or 1 year exp.
