Responsibilities and Duties

• To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Selling Membership over the phone.
• Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
• Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the packages
• Providing the right customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity,
• Basic Computer knowledge
• candidate should have General degree (BE/B.tech candidates are not eligible)
