Typical Duties and Responsibilities
• Make outgoing calls and analyze customer requirement.
• Assist the customer with the required links and send Mail.
• Maintain appropriate database (Excels, word...).
• Follow up with the customer and give information about Business profile assessment
• Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe
• Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services
Skills and Competencies
• Good command over English, Hindi.
• Proven customer service/support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
