Uolo is looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating
leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business.

Requirements:
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and
interact with potential customers
Strong listening and presentation skills
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Any degree in any field
Fluent in English and Kannada is must
Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Excel)
Female candidates are preferred
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital
resources
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
development and closure
Handle regular business process improvements and updates
Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of
acquiring and retaining customers
