About the Role/Job Summary
The sales executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by selling PFL products through
inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. The candidate will have to assist
potential students and parents in securing education loans and achieve sales targets through excellent
communication and persuasion skills
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their
education loan requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Loan Advisory: Explain various education loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and
repayment options.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive
customer engagement.
• Documentation Support: Guide applicants through the loan application process, ensuring all
required documents are submitted correctly.
Objection Handling: Handle objections and convince Customers to close the Sales positively.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases by updating
all required information in CRM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies,
banking regulations, and data privacy norms
Qualifications and Experience/ Desired Profile
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as NBFC, or a related domain
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
