Job Summary

1New Customer / Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2C channel by promoting our product Range to Dealers/Distributers. Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high calibre of service, explore and identify all their needs. 2Key Account Management: Understand & Analyse the Need of Customers & provide necessary Support co-ordinating with Unit, Understand the dynamics of customer & re-align the offerings, & support, Prevent Competitor Entry & Increase Market share with Existing Customers. 3Dealers/Distributers Appointment: Appoint new dealers/distributers in the allotted territory & engage them through MOU & schemes for incentives. Ensure that sales are made strictly within the credit and cash discount parameters as per company policy. 4SPAC: Work closely with BD and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for our product range for the targeted segment/territory. Endure creation of a high street visibility for company brand through the domination of Channel Partner store frontages. 5Achieve Sales & Order Input Budget: Develop Annual and quarterly budgets by product, geography and channel partner, and draw up network and market coverage plans to meet the agreed targets. 6Sales Co-ordination: Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues commercial, marketing, product supply to ensure efficient operation in terms of product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service. 7Collection: Make monthly Collection forecast, co-ordinate with customers/dealers for getting the bills booked on time, facilitate collection through regular follow up with customers. Co-ordinate with Finance team for timely collection of required legal forms etc. 8Reports: Market visit and progress reports to be submitted on a weekly basis. Update on latest market Information, competition activities.
