In the role of Test Manager / Test Analyst in the AI-Pathway Companion product development team, your responsibilities include: Support global test manager in developing overall product test strategy, implementation, monitoring and reporting Develop test strategies for topics like Clinical Decision Support System, NLP, Micro Services, NFR testing Ensure effective rollout of overall test strategy within development teams (1 to 2 scrum teams) Ensure effectiveness of grooming by identification of all relevant use cases Rollout software testing best practices (e.g. TDD/BDD) Guide scrum teams to design, develop adequate test coverage (incl. usage of right test data) Perform reviews of specifications (incl. requirements, design, and test) Support in designing end-to-end / system validation test scenarios Perform system validation and expert based testing Define requirements for Test Automation Framework and drive implementation within scrum teams Prepare decision proposals for testing tool selection by developing proof of concepts Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and get necessary process automation software tools developed Create Test Plans, Test Records; Ensure correctness of test infrastructure Evaluate test coverage, test results and test effectiveness and generate the test evaluation summary Plan and track all activities performed by partners (e.g. Suppliers) Desired

Qualification and Experience: Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech/ M. S. (Computer Science) Experience: 10 years of experience in software product development with focus on software testing Knowledge and Experience: Sound knowledge of software engineering processes ISTQB certified Test Analyst would be an advantage Hands on experience of software testing practices (e.g. BDD, TDD) is expected Expert know-how of test design techniques and testing process Exposure to PLM tools like TFS, VSTS, Defect Management tools, Test Management tools is expected.
