Job Description : Trainee  Engineer

• Responsible for  assisting the Project Execution and Service and Maintenance team in project design, planning, implementation schedules, getting  the final Bill of Quantity of PO, project tracking, configuring complex equipment. 
• Responsible to understand the technicalities of the security solutions that are offered to the client and enhance the technical knowledge.  
• Assists in conducting the Site Surveys and prepare a rough sketch of the site, mark the device locations and indicate connectivity. 
  
• Weekly review and submission of updates to Supervisor with regards to status, short falls, deviations & recommendations. 
• Maintaining liaison with contractors, supervising projects & managing cross-discipline groups. 
• Planning the material requirement on weekly basis and raise the indent for material shortfall in order to avoid the delay in installation. 
• Responsible to update the assigned task status in eCare (CRM application),help in preparing the  necessary documentation and keep the client as well as Supervisor informed with the status of Project / Service issue.   
• Accompany the sales team & to make effective presentation. Should know the in/out of the product to position it well.
