Roles and Responsibilities
Onboarding Training Program- Design a robust new hire orientation and onboarding training program.
Apprenticeship Training Program- Create and execute end to end Apprenticeship training program.
Online Training Programs- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Manage various sessions- Schedule and manage other classroom/ virtual sessions conducted in the organization.
Achieve LMS Targets- Assist employees in achieving LMS targets.
Evaluate developmental needs- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement new learning methods- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
Assess developmental plans- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Map Career Pathing- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
Hiring and Training- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
