Brief Description of the role | · Implementing and Rolling out the Training Workshops/
Initiatives to impact Business results positively for defined region -
Individual and Group Secure.
· Covering
and highlighting importance of Persistency in all the Training workshops/
interventions, in the Region, along with certification of the ISMs for
enhancing renewal collection.
· Ensuring
proactive coverage of identified ISMs and LBS on sales quality, based on
sales quality feedback for the Region.
· Ensure
increase in LBS in franchisee and provide them support for ensuring licensing
and coding.
· Train
the LBS and provide them support for better Activation and Productivity
ensuring profitability of franchisee.
· Implement
and track i-4 initiatives in the region as per defined objective.
· Keep
a track of training impact in terms of LBS / Branch Activation, Product Mix,
NOP / APE Productivity of the ISMs mapped.
· Implement
and achieve at least 80% coverage for the target audience in the defined
timelines, as per the Project Plan/ Training Calendar. |
