It is complete Customer
care profile. This profile handles End to end airline operation - Customer Care
related issues, Reservations, Web site support, Bulk bookings, Notification,
Re-booking, Credit card verification, Queues Management, Email management for
all corporate and travel agent queries.
Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7
6 days working 1 week off
Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under Graduates (with
Travel Diploma/Work Experience).
B.Tech students with 65% or below aggregate will only be considered.
Language: Excellent Communication skills English and Hindi (Mandate)
Age: 18-32
