Helping clients navigate through the booking process, including making reservations and issuing tickets.
Communicating with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Staying current on industry news and trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
