1. 5+ years’ experience working in Transmission Assurance (level 1, 2 or 3)

Strong initiative and drive towards network improvement
Knowledge in Transmission Technologies & exposure to Transmission product
portfolio
Experience in understanding of Transport network design concepts
Good understanding of GSM Transmission Network
Good insight of commercial aspects of technological solutions
Creative, confidence, initiative, self-motivated and customer oriented
Good communication skills. Able to express him/herself clearly, accurately and strong
team building skills
5. Responsibilities for the position
Experience with Operation/Support of Packet Transmission network, preferably
manufactured by CERAGON, Ericsson, Experience with Operation/Support of Microwave
network, preferably Ceragon, Huawei and Ericsson.
Hands on experience with apply triage and troubleshooting Telecommunication network
incidents with transmission infrastructure.
Experience with optic fiber infrastructure architecture and management
Understand of jeopardy management practices and principles
Understand of ITIL methodology or equivalent
Understand of Change Management fundamentals
Ability to describe, capture and record technical information that can be present both
verbally and written format.
To be able to work as part of a team and be intuitive to the business and customer
needs.
Trouble Ticket /Change Request handling as per SLA/WLA.
Customer Service Requests (CSR) handling (Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Corrective
Maintenance) for the complex faults.
To handle emergencies and on-call support (24X7).
Solution Management for Customized Business Object – Templates / Reports.
Co-ordination with GSDC/PDU/PLM and Coordination with external suppliers for 3PP
Hardware Support.
Knowledge of IT network infrastructure and Solid Customer Support experience.
