We are in search of a seasoned designer who has a good balance between UX and UI – someone who can put the end users in the forefront when producing visually appealing output, all the while keeping in mind the constraints of technology and engineering. Yes, it sounds like a lot but we believe this is the best mix of skill sets and experiences that will help in serving our clients better. As an early member of EagleOwl family, you'll be challenged to wear multiple hats to delight our customers and take on work that pushes our mission forward. You'll grow as a person and a leader in the field, all the while learning how to scale an early-stage startup into a thriving company! And yes, your designs will have to be world class, set the benchmark that will be raved about. 

What you'll do:

• Leading the design of our product working closely with product managers, engineering and representative end-users
• User personas. Journey maps. User flows. Fishbone diagrams. Mockups. Style guide. Low fidelity designs. High fidelity designs. And more.
• Continuously revise designs based on feedback while adhering to the sprint plan
• Combine creativity with an awareness of end-user pains/needs/wants and design best principles

What we're looking for:

• UX/UI experience and someone who want to work with passionate, curious people on a team that values bold ideas and attention to detail
• Can think at all layers – from product design, to engineering bottlenecks, to user-friendly interaction, to beautiful pixels
• Ability to discuss and explain design options with peers who challenge you
• Passionate about learning about our product and set a new standard for our web/mobile experience
