Responsibilities and Duties

Understand the clients' needs and meet their requirements by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner
Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network, and knowledge-base to identify qualified candidates for the clients
Source and screen candidates, assessing candidate profiles to meet the needs of the candidate and company best
Post job requirements on the internet to increase the candidate pool
Work with the US staffs and clients to set up an interview with potential candidates
Present job opportunities to potential consultants and negotiate contract terms along with competitive pay rates
Complete reference checks and initial background checks on candidates
Build relationships with clients and companies to understand their needs and successfully fill a range of light industrial and administrative roles
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skills related to MS Office and PowerPoint are highly desired

Must be results-oriented with a drive for success
Must be a creative thinker and a good negotiator
