Job Description

* 2 to 4year of experience in the recruitment of IT professionals 
* Excellent written and oral English communication skills. 
* Target oriented, self-starter and capable to work well under pressure 
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize requirements 
* Should have excellent convincing & negotiation skills 
* Good experience with who worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens) 
* Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) 
* Should be a self-motivator and have the ability to work independently
