Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for handling requirements for the US based clients.
Responsible for Strategy Development process
which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant
targets.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting:
interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Responsible for Sourcing from Job Portals
(Monster, Dice etc.),Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Should have an understanding of US Tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Should have an excellent Communication Skills.
Required Experience and Qualification
Should be graduate with BE/B.Tech/BSC/BCA/MCA/M.Tech.
Should have an experience of 0 – 2 year
