Job Description

US IT Technical Recruiter 

  • Immediate Joiner 
  • Location: Hyderabad 
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years
  • Looking for immediate joiners with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in North America. 
  • We are expanding our Pune team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. 
  • He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is metrics-driven.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. 
  • Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.  
Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Should have experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience in Screening candidates, technical screening, Interview scheduling, negotiation, and offer closing.
  • Proficient in sourcing the right candidates through extensive portal search, social media search & Vendors.
  • Proficiency with ATS and portals like Monster and Dice.
  •  Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. 
  • The ideal candidates would possess high energy, and be highly motivated and self-directed. 
  • Identify and source qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search),databases, and social media (LinkedIn) 
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes 
  • Good working experience on Corp to Corp, Full Time, W2 & Contract to Hire Requirements in the North American market. 
  • Understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, Visa processes, and types and related work laws 
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Salesforce hiring experience is preferred. 
  • Flexible to work in the US time (Eastern time zone) as needed 
  • This is an onsite position in Hyderabad.
