• Educational Qualification: MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BPT(Physiotherapist),MDS, MPT
• Experience: 0-5 years with excellent English communication. (More experience can also be considered provided it is in the salary range)
• Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
• Shift Timings: (7 a.m to 4 p.m) / (8 a.m to 5 p.m)
• Salary for MBBS: 4,60,000 - 5,50,000 L/A + 20 % Incentives from Fixed salary
• Salary for NON MBBS: 3,57,000 - 4,60,000 L/A + 20 % Incentives from Fixed salary

Job description:

• Listen to a doctor-patient interaction
• Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like the history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details. 
• Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record and generate the chart note.
