We are looking for a Voice process executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries;
Responsibilities:-

-Oversee day-to-day operation
-Monitor team performance and report on metrics
-Motivate team members
-Discover training needs and provide coaching
-Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

-Suggest and organize team building activities.
Experience :- 1 Year to 3 Years
Working days :- Monday to Saturday
