The Telesales Advisors are the first point of contact for the new
customers, walking them through the experience of being empowered when it comes
to logistics matters.
• The responsibility is to act as
Consultative agents, helping our customers understand the massive impact of
synergizing with our offerings while acting as a custodian of their
retention.
• Success in this role will be
determined by your ability to efficiently handle queries regarding all
logistics related issues for our customers.
Advisors will be driving our revenues and with your ability &
experience deliver an increase in wallet capture and repeat customers.
• Advisors will also be coordinating
with the internal stakeholders to get the deal closed At the end of the day.

You are extremely entrepreneurial and have the drive to get the job done
without supervision
• You are comfortable with
collaboration, working with everyone around
