  • Relevant Experience: Should have conducted training in past BFSI sector for more than 1.5 years
  • Excellent knowledge of making presentations, making training modules, process training
  • Good Communication skills, presentation skills and experienced into sales training
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task with well-developed organizational skills                                 

Languages: Telugu / Kannada 

  • Train New Hire Training Batches on Product
  • Conduct Product Refresher training's for agents on the floor
  • Compiling Training Data, MIS
  • Coordination with operations
  • Preparing Training Material & Schedule
  • Coordination with operations/quality for the training.
