Introduction:- The process of warehouse fulfillment begins once an order has been placed. The goal is to make delivery a delight.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Maintain inventory and address issues until they are resolved

• Process and route all orders that come into the warehouse

• Enter new orders and products in the warehouse system

• Provide appropriate input to management to enhance the process, procedures and inventory management, and general efficiency

• Check order details for consistency and accuracy

• Respond to client’s and Staff concerns about online orders, provide telephonic technical support and problem solving

• Filling and packing production line equipment

• Arrange incoming deliveries in designated storage areas

• Reading and deciphering work orders

• Update the work orders by finalizing the work orders

• Keeping proper records of the stocks in the system.

• Inspecting the merchandising for damage, flaws, and irregularities

Requirements:-

• Knowledge of warehouse procedures

• Previous work experience as a fulfillment associate

• Ability to read and interpret the written work orders 

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Computer Knowledge along with the Inventory Management System

• Good communication skills, soft-spoken and patience

• Analyzing skills and problem solving

Qualification:- Any Graduate

Experience:- Fresher to 1+yr 

Location:- Nerul, Navi Mumbai
