Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Hands on experience in Wh Operation.
Hands on experience in Material inventory and Storage as per Food Safety Norms.
Should have handled at least 5 members Team
Experience on Warehouse Cost workings
Hands on working experience in SAP for stock control and reconciliation.
Update all documents in SAP system error free, within prescribed time, generation of
various MIS related with Warehouse function.
Daily manpower planning, coordinating a team of Contract Manpower
Supervisors and SFEs for completing the tasks
Indenting vehicles as per agreement, loading the Finished Goods as per plan
Co-ordination with Corporate EXIM Team for smooth dispatch/documentation of all
Exports.
Timely clearance of Finished Goods from Shop floor to ensure no stoppage of lines.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Manage damaged/Expired stocks disposal
Execute Receipts / Storage / Issuance / Dispatches as per the laid down procedures in
Warehouse.
Ensure adherence to FIFO for all issuance from Warehouse.
