Tharsha Ventures Private Limited (EldersIndia) is a unique initiative bringing corporates, employees, their senior family members, and service providers under one platform with an aim to improve the quality of life of elders, help corporate employees manage their responsibilities towards elderly family members, and assist corporates to support employees in the workplace.

Actively manage a portfolio of clients for their post-retirement life
Maintaining existing client relationships and generating AUM from preferred clients through asset allocation, portfolio management, and retirement planning
Acquiring new customers through referrals, organizing events & presentations, and client calls.
Advising clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio whilst deepening the wallet
Keep abreast of the current financial and market trends and continuously monitor client portfolios to ensure consistency in asset allocation.


Qualifications:
An MBA/PGDM or Graduate - (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focused education in Financial Planning/Wealth Management.
