We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal website performance across devices. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and graphic design tools will be key in creating compelling and interactive website designs. You will also work with Content Management Systems (CMS) to customize themes, templates, and layouts.

Responsibilities:

1.      Designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.

2.      Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate website layout and functionality.

3.      Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.

4.      Implementing responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.

5.      Optimizing website performance by optimizing images, minifying code, and improving page load times.

6.      Creating and customizing themes, templates, and layouts for Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.

7.      Incorporating graphic design elements, including logos, icons, images, and graphics, into website designs.

8.      Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

9.      Ensuring website accessibility standards are met, including compliance with WCAG guidelines.

10.  Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design.

Requirements:

1.      Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and other web development languages and frameworks.

2.      Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

3.      Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch...etc.

4.      Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.

5.      Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Flexbox.

6.      Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.

7.      Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools like Adobe XD or Figma.

8.      Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN for collaboration and code management.

9.      Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques to ensure fast-loading and high-performing websites.

10.  Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for search engine-friendly website design.
