Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Derive Long term & short term Forecasting using forecasting mechanism in scientific way with available data
Points.
Understand Analyze workload to workforce ratios to assist the management team with Financial Planning
Conduct Analysis of Actuals vs Targets on workforce Metrics to identify potential Risk or Opportunities
Analyze and prepare workforce productivity and Capacity Analysis summaries for Monthly Reviews Managerial and Management levels.
Should be able to single hand deliver planning needs to ensure revenue / fte & BTP targets are met as budgeted
Deliver innovative sizing solutions for new accounts
Monitor drivers against business changes & develop model to improve accuracy & optimization
Prepare mitigation plan, root cause analysis & Value add solutions on sizing.
Optimize seats and support requirement ratios
Typical Qualifications:(education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities typically needed to perform this job)
5 years of WFM experience with minimum 2 years as a Planner with direct exposure to America & EMEA clients.
Should have sound knowledge in E-lang based planning models
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to drive planning & meet all the business objectives.
Should possess excellent communication (Verbal & Written) & presentation skills.
Should have stakeholder management skills.
Should possess Analytical skills.
Flexible, creative problem-solving, anticipates changes and welcomes challenges.
Should have knowledge of WFM Tools.
Open for rotational shifts.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office (Package)
Should possess statistical knowledge
