Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement WhatsApp marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
2. Create and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling messages, designing graphics or multimedia content, and scheduling message broadcasts.
3. Build and maintain WhatsApp contact lists and segments based on audience demographics, preferences, and behavior.
4. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and product teams, to align WhatsApp marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in WhatsApp marketing to continuously innovate and improve campaign strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, such as GDPR and WhatsApp Business API policies, to maintain data privacy and security standards.
8. Provide regular reports and insights on WhatsApp marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
