- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for attracting exhibitors.
- Achieve and exceed booth space sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booth setup, logistics, and exhibitor support during the event.
- Represent IIBWF at industry events and networking opportunities to promote booth space sales.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in booth space sales, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or events industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online sales tools.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and the beauty fair.
