Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Executive - CSE located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive - CSE will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences to clients, resolving customer issues, and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams. The CSE will also document customer interactions and technical issues for further analysis and tracking.
