Responsibilities:
1. Working on business development for the company and activities within the marketing department and creating sales leads
2. Developing the sales strategy, setting up appointments for presentation and closing sales
3. Working on the generation of leads and closing sales to increase the net member movement for the club
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective gym members.
• Provide guidance and assistance to new members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Conduct facility tours and highlight the gym's features and benefits.
• Handle inquiries and address any concerns or issues raised by members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new fitness programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional campaigns.
