Job Description

Build strong relationship with Midmarket customers & new prospects and sell Airtel products & services.

Regular coordination & connect with potential customers on a regular basis and provide product information & product updates to key decision makers of the customers.

Immediate response to the customer on queries & complaints & ensure redressal

Daily & timely reporting on customer visits, status on leads, potential business to respective manager.

Update final sheet as per guidelines & formats.

Attend training programs & study the reading material thoroughly to be updated to the latest technologies & features of the products.

Requirements:

Qualifications required: Graduation/PG

Minimum Experience Required: Fresher with Excellent Communication.

Well versed in selling products & manage customers queries/relationships in B2B Business

Possess excellent Presentation & communication skills, Negotiation Skills & coordination Skills

Self-motivated, sincere & committed to deliver the results
