Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions of the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The Accounts Executive will collaborate with various departments to gather financial information, reconcile accounts, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Excel such as Receivables, Payables.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy.
Generate monthly financial reports for management review.
Budget Management:
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Provide support in variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Email Writing:
Proficient in conducting formal conversations with clients and vendors.
Excel Knowledge:
Basic Excel with Advanced formals and Vlookup, Pivot table, manage to prepare reports required for the internal analysis.
Expense Management:
Review and process expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.
Documentation and Filing:
Maintain organized and accessible financial records for easy retrieval.
Ensure all financial documents are filed appropriately.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
