The Open Music School jobs - Administration

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the school's schedule - class timings, practice slot bookings, teacher's schedules, group classes, etc.
2. Marking daily attendance
3. Working on client interaction and being able to sell and pitch - sell the music school's vision and the goal, the way the classes work, convincing the parents to take up music lessons, etc
4. Working as the front-desk admin
5. Managing finances and keeping track of the income (if and when needed)
6. Confirming slots on the WhatsApp groups, keeping constant communication with the parents and the students, being super responsive, following up on the fee payments, ensuring all students finish their quota of 4 classes a month, etc.
7. The most important part - goofing around and having a ton of fun when there isn't work. We're all a bunch of friends here and we love music. That translates to how we teach, how we interact with the parents, and everything else that we do
