Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
· Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department, including organizing files, drafting documents, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements:
· Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing a master's degree in MBA or a related field
· Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
