Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

- Manage logistics for interviews, including coordination of schedules and communication with candidates about the process.
- Execute preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and compatibility with the role.
- Support the onboarding of new hires by handling necessary paperwork and leading orientation sessions.
- Engage in employee relations tasks, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain HR records and databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Aid in the crafting and execution of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A pronounced interest in developing a career within human resources.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
