Tenant Acquisition:

To follow up on the generated leads.
Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway.

House Acquisition:

Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.

Our home-solutions firm, Nestaway, was established in Bengaluru by Amarendra Sahu, Deepak Dhar, Jitendra Jagadev and Smruti Parida in January 2015.
